The conversation around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) has always been complex, but in recent times, it has faced significant pushback, largely emerging from far-right echo chambers. Those who swiftly adopt this perspective find themselves ensnared in a nationalistic, white-centered bubble, divorced from the realities of our increasingly diverse and interconnected world. It is easy to undermine DEI efforts with eloquent yet baseless narratives, but a closer examination of our global context reveals the fallacy of such views.
